Shipping Policy
Orders placed with MotoXMall are shipped via UPS and FedEx. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Most orders ship the same business day or the following business day. Our daily shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
While we offer expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select, delivery time frames for these services are not guaranteed. If an expedited shipment does not arrive within the advertised time frame (2 business days for 2nd Day Air or 3 business days for 3 Day Select), MotoXMall will refund the expedited shipping charge only.
Orders shipped to California and Florida are subject to applicable sales tax.
Back ordered items will be automatically cancelled after 30 days if they remain unavailable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and are subject to a 20–30% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refused deliveries and undeliverable shipments returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be carefully inspected upon delivery. MotoXMall is not responsible for damage resulting from shipping or installation once the product has been accepted. This includes damage to tires or wheels during mounting.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us at (530) 852-7486 within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
All tire and wheel kits are built according to the vehicle information provided at checkout. We guarantee bolt pattern fitment only based on the vehicle specified in the order. MotoXMall is not responsible for rubbing, clearance issues, or performance characteristics.
Mounted tire and wheel kits are non-returnable.
