Honda Rubicon Radiator Kit Features:
There are several good reasons to install a Honda Rubicon Radiator Relocation System especially if you intend to ride the deeper mud holes. By deep we mean top of the wheel. For general riding "top of the wheel" is enough to cover most radiators and this is where we will begin.

Remember the three reasons listed:

To keep the radiator out of the mud.

To aid in keeping the engine cool.

To make it easier to clean and maintain.

Have you ever tried to look up under your bike and see if the radiator is clean? If you have you will know it is very difficult to do this unless you have a light behind the radiator and then you have to be on your hands and knees to get a decent look. By moving the radiator up top you can easily see if it is stopped up or not. Chances are, if it is located up top, it will not be unless you like the "submarine holes".

You have to be aware that most ATVs do not hold more than 2 quarts of coolant. Stop up 25% of your radiator and you are asking a lot of your cooling system. When the temp light comes "ON" on a 660 Grizzly your engine is at 260 degrees
