Q. What is the warranty on FLUIDYNE parts?
A. FLUIDYNE products are warranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not cover additional costs such as labor to change the radiator, or any collateral damage.

Q. If I have a problem with my FLUIDYNE radiator, who do I call?
A. All warranty claims are handled by the FLUIDYNE factory in Hesperia, CA. In the event that there should be a problem, you will be issued a Returned Authorization number to be used to ship the product back to the factory.

Q. Can my Dealer handle my warranty claim? A. Yes, depending on the circumstances. However, the Dealer will need to contact FLUIDYNE prior to authorizing any warranty replacement. FLUIDYNE will not be responsible for any parts returned to the factory without an RMA number.
